KV 33 est le tombeau d’un inconnu. Il n’a jamais été totalement déblayé.

Selon Elizabeth Thomas , la tombe pourrait avoir été creusé comme un caveau de substitution pour Thoutmosis III . Weigall a toutefois proposé qu’il appartenait plutôt à un membre de la famille royale de Thoutmosis III ou de la famille du vizir Rekhmirê . Le tombeau n’a jamais été utilisé .
